During this session you will begin by discussing key information from childhood and anything else relevant at present. At this point, we can set an intention for the session if there is a specific one or the session can be left open to allow anything needed to come up trusting it will be exactly what your needing to experience at the time.
Then you will be guided gently into an altered state of consciousness using meditation and visualisation techniques. From here, you will be able to access a past experience, whether it be a conscious memory or not, and learn how it may have affected you, what you felt and what you needed in that moment that you did not get.
